ヘイズ湖 Lake Hayes

 

レイクへイズです。風の全く無いときには鏡のように静かに景色が湖面に映りこんで美しいといわれるヘイズ湖です。今日は朝から、昨日アロータウンで買ったセーターのサイズ交換をしてもらいにまたまたアロータウンへ行きます。今日は南側ルートから行きますので途中のレイクへイズでパチリ。

SKY GONDRAに向かいます

さてさて、休む間もなくお次はクイーンズタウンのベンロモンドのお山のテッペンまで伸びでいるスカイゴンドラを目指しましょう。運動をかねて、今回は歩きで行くことにしました。

ゴンドラ乗り場までは、ブラブラ散策がてらに30分ほどの道のりです。ずっと登りになっています。ホテルサンモリッツからはワカティプ湖沿いに景色を眺めながらブラブラと歩いていき、ビーチストリートを通り、Rees St.wを左折れ⇒ラウンドアバウトに突き当たりますので、そのままDuke St.方向に行くとここ↓

 

につきあたりますので、そのまま少し進むとここ↓

 

に出てきますので、この階段を上って行くとMan St.に出ます。人気が無いですが遠慮せずどんどん登っていってください☆
あとはまっすぐ、Brecon St.を一直線に200メートルほど進むとそこに、ゴンドラの乗り場があります。
